Through the GigaStar Market platform, YouTube Creators can offer a percentage of their YouTube channel's future revenue during a drop -- a public offering that remains open for a minimum of 21 days.
During a drop, Investors can purchase rights to a revenue share percentage. After the drop successfully closes, the YouTube Creator receives the funds raised and Investors receive monthly revenue payouts along with special Creator perks, such as access to a private Discord channel.
After the anticipated 2024 launch of GigaStar's secondary market, whenever an Investor sells their revenue shares (digitally represented by Channel Revenue Tokens or CRTs), the YouTube Creator may be entitled to receive additional fees.*
