If Private Discord Access is a perk offered by the Creator you've invested in on GigaStar Market, follow this step-by-step guide. Your CRT is your ticket to access this gated Discord channel.
Portfolio
- Visit your GigaStar Portfolio at https://portfolio.gigastar.io.
- Click "Log In" and sign in using the same credentials you use for GigaStar Market (Funding Portal).
- Once logged in, click the user icon in the top-right corner and select "Settings"
- In the Settings page, navigate to "Connections" and click "Connect" to link your Discord account.

Authenticate with your Discord account when prompted. If you don't have one, click "Register" and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account.

You will be redirected to allow GigaStar Portfolio to connect with your Discord account. Click on the “Authorize” button.
- If you just created your Discord account, follow the prompts to select if you are a Fan or Creator, and select an appropriate option when asked where you heard about us.
- Once you authorize, you will get a confirmation page showing you the channels you have access to, if any, at the time you connect your Discord account.
- Done!
Discord
While you only need to connect your Discord account in the Portfolio just once, you may have to manually add the private Channels you are a member of as an investor to see their content. To do so follow the instructions below:
- Log into your Discord account and select the GigaStar server.
- Look for a "Suggested" section on the left bar. There you may see a list of private channels that you are eligible to subscribe to.
- Click on the channel, and then click on the "Add to Channel List" button on the top right of the channel screen. Doing so will add the channel to the "[GIGASTAR CREATORS]" category.
- Please note that you will have to do this for every new Creator your invest in. The new channel should appear in the "Suggested" section shortly after you receive your CRTs for your investment in that Creator's offering.
- If you are not seeing the Channels in the "Suggested" section, you can manually add them by clicking on "Channels & Roles", following by "Browse Channels". You can then scroll down, and check the box next to the channel you would like to add.
