GENERAL
Before looking for USDC in your wallet, ask yourself these questions:
- "Did I ever log into the GigaStar Portfolio to connect my wallet?".
- If you never connected your wallet, check this article out!
- You need to have connected your wallet at least once so that we can capture the wallet address and be able to make distributions to it!
- "Did I wait till the next revenue distribution cycle?".
- Regardless of when you connect your wallet to the Portfolio, any CRTs and potential revenue will not associate with your wallet until the next distribution cycle runs. This happens on or after the 25th of each month. So if you connect your wallet on the 1st, 5th, etc. of the month, you will have to wait at least until the 25th of that month to see anything in it.
- GigaStar sends investors email notifications when the distribution cycle is completed every month. After you receive the notification, check your wallet!
If you answered "YES!" to the above, and your USDC is still not showing up, continue reading! If you answered "NO" to either, you should wait until you can answer "YES" to both.
